Install ======== Software dependencies --------------------- Q100bench requires bedtools (https://bedtools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/), and R with Bioconductor (https://www.bioconductor.org/). Until q100bench is available on PyPi and bioconda, the easiest way to use it is to install it locally.
